✅ Edit URL path

As an editor I want to customise the URL of my documents so that they are short and easy to remember.

Now we are able to do this with Move, but I don't want to move the document to be able to update the URL path name and make it shorter

User will see the URL path on the Publishing dialog and will be able to edit it by clicking the lock icon

Once the path name is change the URL preview will be updated and user must continue Publishing to make the changes
